Question for people with 8Bitdo Pro 2 or Ultimate Controllers (lemm.ee)

Apologies if this isn’t the right community for this, seems to be most likely place on Lemmy that I’ll find an answer. I’m considering picking up either an 8Bitdo Pro 2 or Ultimate Controller. Do either of these have haptics in the triggers, like the new Xbox controllers do? My Xbox controller has some wear and if an 8Bitdo controller has the same rumble features I’ll happily switch over. Thanks!

You’re asking if it has rumble specifically inside the triggers, not just in general, correct? If so, I can confirm the Pro 2 doesn’t have any such feature. And if the Ultimate did, they’d probably say so on their website, so I doubt it does.

Yes that’s exactly right. It’s really helpful when using the brakes in racing games. Forza Horizon implements it really well. That’s a shame, thanks!
