Does KDE Connect do what you want?

You need to manually send it to the other device instead of having it constantly synced. Not a huge problem imo.
Yea but I can also do that with any chat app that I have open on both devices anyways
But then you'd have to copy it twice. With KDE connect, it's a single button press on the sending device and you can paste.
yeah, they havw a commit to fix it, but playstore don't gonna publish the app com that commit, you can compile yourself tho, btw i'm using kde connect and i need to press the shortcut in the notification to send the clipboard to my pc, but from my pc to my clipboard it work fine, but i use linux with kde plasma, so i don't think how good it work on windows(kde plasma is based on linux)
