What remains to be seen is the impact the reduction will have on prices consumers pay for pot or on the bottom line of cannabis companies.

We make our own caramels. I forgot them and had to buy edibles in Toronto at a really nice store. They sucked. Ours are way better. Someone came by yesterday and left with 64. That's how you know they're good.

Thanks. I didn't give my username on Reddit enough thought. When I signed up here I was determined to come up with something better. I'm not sure that I won't begin to regret this one but for now I'm happy with it.

The goal is not price reduction, though. It's very clearly about making cannabis companies more profitable, so that means less tax burden with constant prices. I don't understand why the journalist decided to raise that possibility.
