This is kinda fascinating - is there an advantage to using a ton of bike wheels (and accompanying parts) for this rather than four car wheels?
Probably lighter and easier to steer?
Weight distribution. Most bike wheels are only rated to support 100 Kg, having 14(?) of them means a 1,400 Kg weight limit or almost 3,800 lbs.
