Can anyone recommend a UFO podcast that's mostly grounded in reality and facts like High Strange or The UFO Rabbit Hole?

I'm afraid I haven't listened to High Strange or the UFO Rabbit hole, so I can't promise this will be a good fit, but I really enjoyed Strange Arrivals (https://www.grimandmild.com/strangearrivals) Season 1.

Season 1 was a deep-dive into the abduction story of Betty and Barney hill, and the impact they had on - I was going to say pop culture, but I think it extends beyond that. Their experience, whatever you think of it, shaped much of the alien abduction mythos as we know it. I haven't listened to the next two seasons yet but I will when I have along drive ahead of me.

Thanks, that sounds good. The Betty and Barney story is one of my favourites so this sounds interesting.
