They have no choice. Exit Russia and leave thousands unemployed or follow Russian law and have business relatively as usual.
That's literally what having a choice is. Some other large companies like Mc Donalds and Ikea chose the second option.
I think that they should let the thousands of workers vote if they want to lose their jobs to prove a point. Of course the war is terrible, but so is displacing thousands of people who are still going to be eligible for the draft regardless. Probably even moreso when they no longer have jobs.
