A "Showerthought" is a simple term used to describe the thoughts that pop into your head while you're doing everyday things like taking a shower, driving, or just daydreaming. The best ones are thoughts that many people can relate to and they find something funny or interesting in regular stuff.

Underrated benefit of lemmy is like minded people will tend to join the same instances and if I don't want to interact with those groups I can just filter the whole instance. (lemm.ee)

Underrated benefit of Lemmy is that it isn't infested with bots the way its larger counterpart is. Reddit has really turned to garbage.

Lower quantity of content here, but more authentic
