Intimidation. Noun. The act of making timid or fearful or of deterring by threats; the state of being intimidated.

Threat. Noun. An expression of an intention to inflict pain, harm, or punishment.

It's not an intention, it's information. You won't do anything, you are saying that, without any interaction, someone else wants and will do that.

I understand disliking that, but it's not a threat.
