One of the reasons the blue character in Farscape quit was that she wanted her eyebrows back.

It was a lot more than that. Virginia Hey had a severe allergic reaction to the makeup. That's why her makeup is very different (and much simpler) in the episode where she returns.

Incidentally, she was also in The Road Warrior. Without all the makeup, but just as much of a badass.

I suppose that's better than the lead-based makeup literally poisoning Judy Garland.
