I never ate pigeon or guinea pig. Only heard that it tastes like chicken and rabbit. But I still want to taste it.

I'd love to try goat and kangaroo meat. They say both taste gamey. No idea what that means though

If you didn't have sheep (mutton) you may try it too. It is not for everyone but I like it. It has this musky flavour which some dont like.

Goat is lush! Curried goat is lovely in particular, it's slow cooked so it melts in the mouth almost. It's like lamb but better imo.

Kangaroo tastes great and didn't taste at all gamey to me. I had a kangaroo steak medallion and I'd say it had a slightly richer meat flavor, but was much leaner than beef. Goat tends to be very tough and chewy, but I've only had it in curries so I can't speak to its flavor much.
