Felafel mix please, theirs is quite good
Question. What's in a falafel mix? I've only ever made them from scratch.
Itβs really just pre-herbed flour. But if you donβt do much else with besan itβs handy rather than having loads of plain in the house for moths to get at.
Interesting because when you make them from scratch you don't put much flour in. Maybe just a small sprinkle if it's too moist for frying.
