They had to be designed or modified to explode. Which makes it a big question of where they came from. Lots of legitimate ways Israel could have done it, and a lot of ways that could involve violating laws and treaties.

Oh for sure Israel is handing out some commendations. I'm just curious how they managed it because there could be implications that arise. If it was a company helping them, there could be financial repercussions, if it was the CIA there could be political issues.
