“Murdergram Deux” marks LL Cool J and Eminem’s highly anticipated first collaboration and the fourth single from LL Cool J’s long-awaited upcoming album, The FORCE. With LL’s nostalgic bravado and Eminem’s signature speedy flow and subtle wordplay, the song sees the pair boasting about their raw “unapologetic” style and credibility in the rap game. The track – a sequel to LL’s original “Murdergram” – is produced by Eminem and Q-Tip, LL’s fellow Queens rap legend and former member of A Tribe Called Quest, who has produced the entire album.

Two months before the official release of the song, an unfinished version of “Murdergram Deux” was leaked to the public, visibly annoying LL. The song was officially released on August 30th as the album’s fourth single, which is set to drop on September 9, 2024.^[[1] https://genius.com/Ll-cool-j-murdergram-deux-lyrics]

His back catalogue is great. He constantly reinvented his sound for new eras and innovated throughout his career.

I've been meaning to check it out but his catalogue is intimidating. Whats one album you recommend based on this album

Honestly sonically this one sounds very modern. Q-Tip production on this sounds like what Hitboy has been doing for the recent Nas albums. The older albums will sound dated.

Mr. Smith (1995) probably has the most recognisable hits on it in terms of diving into one of the earlier albums.

Thanks for the recommendation! Also for the heads up on the sound sound like its time
