Guy with vested interest makes too-bold prediction. AI is certainly not wiping out "most of" 5 million really cheap coders within 2 years. It could even grow, with US teams changing their model from X US-based coders to half that number plus AI to generate the more standard code and a bunch of Indian coders double checking things.
