Update drops on Monday, right?

Seems like they shouldn't be completely shocked since this is his third time leaving the band. I don't know anything about this guy, but from what the article says, it sounds like he has depression.

Walking outside is free! There are free support groups online. Those require time, but just 20 minutes can make a bigger difference.

The CBT workbook I used was maybe $20, I think. It's worth the investment.

Finally, getting over depression is all about retraining how you think. It's going to take time, practice, and effort. Depression wants to show you how you don't have the resources to beat it. That's not true. You can beat it, even if you don't have the resources other people might.

Depression has forever changed me. It's easy to think that it was for the worst, but I'm more empathetic to people than I was before. Something that helped me was realizing and believing that depression is temporary. You won't always be like this, even though you might feel that way.

You can do this.

Professional help can be cheap! You just might have to look little harder. For a while, I saw a psychologist who had a deal with a church where they subsidized most of his fee. So it was super cheap for me.

One of the most helpful things for me was Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, CBT. I used a workbook that helped me see how skewed and untrue some of my thinking was.

Finally, walking in nature or, even better, exercise! Find what works for you. I like jump rope. Good luck!

If you haven't played it, "Stardew Valley" is, like, ruin-your-life good. And I think part of what makes it so faith assuring and life uplifting is that it was made by one dude who has continuously (for YEARS) released huge, free updates for the game. He's awesome. It feels good supporting him and recommending such a great game to people. :-)

Don't download Balatro on mobile unless you want to lose your job, family, friends, and health. It's that addictive.

I have appreciated Lemmy's gentleness... Sorry for misconstruing your reference.

Ah. Well, then... Fuck me.

Almost looks like his left hand has six fingers, but that's the little nubbin at the bottom of the bat.

I'm really enjoying Lemmy and Memmy so far, but even after downloading yesterday's update, I'm constantly having to re-enter my password.

If I force close the app and re-open it, I need to enter my password. If I just minimize the app for a minute or more, I have to enter my password when I come back. If I don't enter my password, it doesn't show any of my subscriptions.

Is there a fix I'm overlooking? Again, I downloaded yesterday's update and double-checked to make sure there's not another update available (as of right now, there's not). I'm using Lemmy.world if that makes a difference.

Thanks for any help!
