We're having some issues with the Lemmy media server. Sometimes we get errors like the one you experienced and we haven't found a solution yet. Its just not mature yet. The only thing I can suggest right now is to upload it to a different site and share it here unfortunately.
Max file size is 20mb but we have some resolution restrictions too like 8k max width or height.
