I was insulted many times by people here and I did not ban anyone for this. Believe me, this was not about criticism. I didn't banned him for conversation here.
Nope. He was in my radar for a while. He's here to complain. No posts, comments, votes etc. Only complaining about how bad this instance is. I suspect he was from another instance, since he was promoting it so much.
Note that, I'm not against promoting instances but not this way.
We try to do everything legally, but we need to avoid risks whenever possible.
