Try tiny Norway with 6m people, you can drive 1 day 18 hours (almost 3000km)from the southwest to the northeast, shortest route.

You're right, but you can't use the word 'scam' for it. It's an avenue that should be explored fully and may or may not lead somewhere. A scam would imply it's a conspiracy where the players already know the unsuccessful end result, but are hiding it and using funding or similar for other end purposes.

This is exactly it. It doesn't really buy happiness to a large degree, but it does remove so many problems and worries that you get to spend time on your happiness.

As much as I agree, these are different things. EVs are fixing greenhouse gases. While the others are also bad things, they aren't really global climate changers.
