Don't you underestimate the seriousness of this. If there is a power for him to be afraid of it's the fukin swifties.

From now on he isn't safe anywhere.

So, what do you do if this guy democratically wins?

That's cuz you never had a proper napolitan pizza you uncultured swine. You'd never open your mouth about pizza again, or call anything you can buy in your America a pizza.

For those peasants who've never heard of olio peperoncino

If you jump high enough you'll end up on mars cuz the earth is moving hella fast. And so does the whole solar system. The secret to space travel is just jumping high enough at the right moment.

Tourists are not culture. They're a zombie plague.

I promise you, if you move there, learn Spanish and start working for a local company, you'll learn that people there are extremely welcoming to foreigners.

But if all you want is an Instagram shot in the same spot as the other 16 million people who visited just this year a city of 1.6m, and an "authentic" paella (you won't get an authentic one, trust me, but you'll be told it is and you'll keep bragging about it to your colleagues once you return from your vacay, even though the thing you tried tastes nothing like what a paella should taste, digression end), then you bring a negative cultural value. You're an annoyance, and a one that's not worth whatever financial benefit it brings.

One could also argue that most of your financial contribution goes to making hotels and landlords richer, and nobody really needs that.

So, I'm with people of Barcelona who paint "fuck you tourists" on their walls.

Years go by but the internet legend lives on.

Dunno about that science article, but I bought a poop knife a while ago and it works great!

To the copypasta archive with you!

If someone would be buying those, someone would be selling. You have all the opportunity to fork current android, put it on a different platform, make sure all the drivers are open source instead of blobs, and sell it.

I'd really want to buy one. But I'll only do that after you somehow make sure the 3-5 major messaging apps, 2-3 major browsers, and a really good maps app are available.

So, basically, it's a 100 mil endeavor for an MVP really. So, I think, the chances of someone actually pulling it off are pretty slim.

It used to be that simple: r/plexshares, click any link, join the server, watch all you want.

Well, they really cracked down on that. Plex purged the servers en masse, my server switched to some obscure emby, r/plexshares is closed for good.

I'm in a need of a new server. Where do I even go? What platform is best to sail the seas now? Jellyfin?

P.S. my torrent days are over, thanks. I'm not interested in self-hosting anything either, again, thanks. 10$/month is a reasonable subscription fee for an all-you-can-eat streaming service
