Imo the Episcopalians got it right. Their philosophy is basically, "If it's not hurting anyone else, you're good."

The problem is that innocent people charged with violent crimes will sit in jail for months or years awaiting trial.
His lawyers stalling tactics, because that's literally their job.
The man can't even form a complete sentence let alone devise a legal strategy.
