Yeah, the stupid ones get caught pretty easily. A professor at our local university was caught storing CP on a university network share.

You're assuming there will be a US around by then. I think we'll be a fascist theocracy in less than 20 years, considering the state of our government. Probably much sooner.

Trump will either be celebrated or erased.

Yup, he helped set the stage for the next Hitler.

I think you mean usb-b. Usb-a is the weird looking port that printers use.

Good ol click bait titles.

Our great Dane does this. If he doesn't want a treat, he'll go and put it by our small dogs' kennels for them to have. He also won't eat treats he likes unless the small dogs get one too.

And, oddly enough, he's the only dog I've ever encountered that can free feed (great Danes are notoriously food motivated). But water, though. We have to chase him away from the bowl or he'll sit there and drink the whole thing.

It's been so long since there was an actual violent uprising in the western world that I think the ruling class actually believes that they're immune from the guillotines. Or they think that they've placated the population enough with social media so a violent uprising isn't possible.

Isn't that what happened after she was arrested in Germany (iirc)?

Are they fucking stupid? It seems like they're intentionally setting up a martyr.

I'm not disagreeing with her message at all, because I think she's 100% on the right track. I just can't see a scenario where someone approved that arrest, especially since she only got more popular after the last one.

Unless they're intentionally trying to boost her popularity, which would be nice.

Yeah, a dark sense of humor is a pretty common coping mechanism for millennials and gen Z, although gen Z tends to be more nihilistic (and rightly so considering the state of the world)

It is the international symbol of hospitality.

I definitely got lucky by having a good boss (most of the time, but he was bipolar so every so often you got screamed at for no reason).

And yeah, I actually did a lot of work to help with the hit by a bus scenario because everything was so siloed when I started.
