Fennec is a good alternative.

S22+. Got an insane deal on a like new refurbished model, so it seemed like a no-brainer.

It's a phone. Most nondescript phone I've ever used. Nothing about it is amazing, but no major complaints. Even the battery is fine for me, despite a lot of people complaining about poor battery life on the S22 series.

I'm the same. It's good exposure therapy though. There are also plenty of nice people that will respond to your comments.

Are there any voice assistant solutions that run locally? Don't really care about conversational stuff. Just the basic 'lights on' type commands.

I only use Netflix currently, as it comes with my phone plan. The convenience factor is nice, but I find the content library a bit lacking. I must explore Plex at some point.
