In my country you just tell the doc that you want opioids and you get them. What's funny despite of that there is literally no problem with opioid addictions. It must be combination of other factors like poverty and lack of education etc. that combined with opioids cause the problem.
I love that vast majority of Europeans don't tip. At least the ones thinking rationally.

Try kbin for the time being as it's free from this issue. This is mostly why I have migrated from lemmy.world.
This functionality is more of an 'achievments' than 'awards' and is exactly the same as on old version of wykop.pl which kbin interface is mostly based on.
I kinda like LTT materials, especially with Anthony but this extension is a godsend as I always hated their crappy thumbnails and titles.
