Yes, there is an app called Button Mapper that allows you to map any button to any app, even special functions and utilities. It also allows for special behavior when double clicking or long pressing.

This plus extreme selection bias. There's plenty of concrete that did not last for thousands of years.
I use a Chromecast with Google TV everyday and I do not receive autoplay ads on the home screen. You are free to disable ads on the home screen in the settings and you are free to install third party home screens.
In fact, the only interaction with the home screen that is required is when I see it briefly before pressing the Netflix button on the remote which I have remapped to Plex or jellyfin using the button mapper app.
Even with the default home screen you do not see auto play ads unless you select them and continue watching.
And the emoji button in the message area has less features than the one found in the Google keyboard (no emoji kitchen?!), so I'll never want to use it anyways.
Yes I've even had a video file stop at 99.9% and it still played just fine.
This could be a commercial for the cyber truck, the only bulletproof instacart approved delivery vehicle.
You have to put 2 spaces after each line to force the next sentence into a new line.
True, but that's not necessary today. There's more than enough money to feed and house everyone if we distributed it fairly.
Sure, but if we resolved these economic issues today and redirected wealth from the top to the bottom income brackets, even minorities could have a minimum standard quality of life like the rest of us.
I've used F-Droid without unlocking the bootloader or rooting or Google Play services integration. Developers are free to use F-Droid, most just choose not to. Hopefully it becomes even more popular as gplay has more issues.
Side note: here at the airport you check your flight information by just walking up to a screen and it uses facial recognition to instantly pull up your flight information, gate, seat, etc. lol. Completely different comfort level with cameras here haha....
Eh, I've seen all these same headlines on Hacker News. China is a rapidly developing country with a lot more people, manufacturing, advancements, and news than many other countries so it makes sense that there would be a lot of news coming out of it.
I just visited China for the first time during a business trip a few weeks ago and as an American I was impressed. The US media tries so hard to present only the negative that a lot of Americans aren't even aware of all the achievements they've accomplished.
