If I tune into an NFL game using an OTA antenna, then turn off my TV during commercials and turn it back on for the game, would that be piracy?
Tried doing some research on this and found a rabbit hole. A quick summary, is that a few years ago Soulja Boy went on the Breakfast Club and took some humorous shots at Drake, which became a meme. Since then Soulja has played into it, and seems to have embraced a heel/antagonist role in the world of hip hop. This meme is a pun based on his original name: Soulja Boy Tell 'Em
Unfortunately, election season is just next year, so you'll probably hear more from him
