Whenever i have a knife and see a thick electrical wire i have to stop myself from "just testing" what would happen if I cut into it. I work with 400v ac on a construction site a lot and I know what would happen lol.

I want to make a tunnel boring machine for digging ~2 meter tall tunnels in sandstone. Sadly I live in a place with only sand in the underground and that's not suitable for digging tunnels DIY style

It doesn't sound much an emergency, when you can corden off the area and know what time and place it will happen
