I think it's personal, we all have different ear canals and different levels of noise tolerance. I'm fine without earplugs during the day, but at night I need them. I tried Loop but they slipped out of my ears(nothing wrong, they just don't fit my ear canals). I tried custom made, but they are too firm for sleeping and my ears will hurt in the morning. Foam will hurt too. Eventually I tried a lot of them for sleeping and settled on these ones, with two layers as they are a bit smaller and made out of silicone and won't hurt during the night.

Same. I first rolled back to simple Casio watch but then settled on fitbit band.

After getting diagnosed and trying drugs, I felt like my mind is slowed down and not jumping around anymore thinking dozens of different things. At first it was nice to be able to do one thing at a time. But after couple months I started to feel like my brain is just drugged and I'm not having any kind of control over my thinking. It has been slowed down by being partially disabled, at least it felt like it. So I stopped doing drugs, started daily HIIT practice to get out of my mind and back to feeling my body, started to learn to pay attention to things I'm doing at the moment. It's still a struggle, but the one I have control over, it even feels a bit empowering.

There's a dish in Slavic cuisine called "kholodets", which is a filtered meat/bone stock that has been chilled to make a jelly with the meats inside. It's pretty good if you have been eating it since you were a kid, just got used to it you know. But this is some whole new level of creativity here, this cook is pushing the limits of trust.

I'll agree with that lol. Although I do pay for a YouTube premium, I like YT.music algorithm better than Spotify and not having ads on videos is just a nice bonus. So I do use yt app, as well as newpipe and smarttubenext because yt app is missing some features.

Was reading an answer to the question about fresh Amazon tablet and saw this. They used up the question as a hook to promote their browser. Pretty sure I'm avoiding Brave from now on.

Q: Does the fire max 11 have YouTube app on it. A: I have installed Google Playstore , but I skip installing Youtube app . There is better option . Brave Browser in Playstore !! That thing has AWESOME popup Blocker and it's own integrated Youtube Ads and other Nuisances blocker . My point ? You don't need youtube on Fire max , You don't need Google Maps , You don't need Facebook App . Just Use Brave .

Can confirm. Got a 20yo roommate, who before the diagnosis was striving to be better, was trying to learn and figure stuff out. After diagnosis turned into total pain in the ass, blaming everything on the disability, stopped cleaning after himself, kinda gave up on himself in general. I agree, it might be because he stopped masking but it was just sad to see such a change for worse, he took it the wrong way.

OP though sounds like a conscious person, weighing their options, asking for opinion from others. Good job OP!

Got myself Seiko 5 field watch as a starter, the cheapest automatic. Thought I would be ok with minute numbers being bigger than hour numbers but no. Everytime I looked, had to do some mental gymnastics for a second. After a month of this decided to switch it to no numbers at all. Today received the dial, switched it over. Omg, this is so much easier to read.
