It's a nice webview browser, forked from Lightning Browser. Personally, I prefer Smartcookieweb beta, also a Lightning fork. https://github.com/CookieJarApps/SmartCookieWeb-beta Stable versions also available on Fdroid. Fulguris is another fork that is quite nice as well.
