You can host a stable diffusion instance locally via Automatic 1111. I'm on my phone so no instructions, but the Googles should help from here.

The thing that stops the nudity is the AI model iirc. By using Automatic1111 and models from civitai, the debauchery is unlimited.

From a purely materialist pov, once we reach sustainable communism, the state is no longer required to manage material division. At that point, to be honest, I don't know.
