Jokes on them, my instance doesn't support down votes.

Mm took a shift from setup to finished. I had to proof the program and made some edits along the way.
I don't wanna be licking the leaded steal lol
They are for an in house assembly yeah. We were pretty behind haha
They smell like metal and oil and my fingers..
The... Orders? Do you mean the steel?
Please look up some popular manga and pick from that. This is (fine and popular) horny highschool will-they-wont-they trash.
You are probably wanting something more mature in general, and romance stuff in particular, than what most of the fan base wants.
If you like "daily romance" as a genre, "Kowloon Generic Romance" is one I enjoyed.
My steam review for rinworld would say I have some 6000 hours in game, but I've only played maybe 300. I have a habit of leaving games open while I go to bed, or make meals, or go to work. I'll leave a game running for days just so I don't have to launch it again when I want to start. I only put so much stock into playtime because of that.
They make children's sized dirt bike(motorcycle) helmets, and they are full faced. Probably not as cheap as a regular bike helmet but they are well under $100. Amazon has a razer brand full face for $40.
Or turn off the monitor and bounce lol. If you don't have employees to fix things, systems are hilariously easy to break.
"an employee making less than the new threshold who doesn’t manage anyone else, whose job doesn’t require them to exercise “independent judgment with respect to matters of significance,” according to DOL, and whose job doesn’t require advanced knowledge might qualify for overtime pay."
The limit used to be people making under like, 100k, and now the limit is like, 130k or something. How many people making between 100k and 130k have jobs that are not management and don't require independent judgment with respect to matters of significance?
Feels pretty niche to me, but I guess progress is good. I'm also wondering how many people in these positions don't have significant bargaining power., as the article states this law is for those people.
Edit: Ah re-read it: it also impacts those in the 30-40k range, bumping the threshold up significantly.
I'm not sure, but I can't downvote anything. I don't know if I can ask see other downvotes or not.
