This is really nice, if the protests start to hurt their bottom line, they are going to be much more inclined to listen. I didn't expect these blackouts to do something.

I doubt it, Starfield is running on the same engine as Skyrim and Fallout 4 (Creation engine). My PC struggled with Fallout 4 already in some of the denser areas. I can't imagine Starfield running well on any PC considering the scale and visual fidelity, let alone a Steam Deck.
But, let's see when it comes out! Maybe we'll be positively surprised. It really depends how much they manage to get out of their old Frankenstein engine.
