Trans adults recall being trans kids. But this is the root of most transphobia. You simply do not believe transgender people when they speak.

Good timing! I was looking for this just last night.
This is probably confirmation bias, but almost every housecat I know is either a trans woman, a feminine-enby, or a femboy. Definitely a strong feminine streak there.
