Rebel Yell came on just as I got to the last hill this morning, doggo kicked into gear and started galloping instead of his usual trot, and I ended up getting a PB. Sub 25m/5k, which I'm very happy with.
Well, that Netflix Life on our Planet doc has got one of the most detailed and convincingly animated dinosaur obliterating asteroid scenes I've ever seen.... May not have been the best choice for (young kids) family viewing Friday....
Also important to recognise you might have different "love languages".... Yours might be physical touch and theirs might be words of affirmation for example... Which is the case for us. I actually need to remind myself that my partner needs me to hug her.....

Been doing it for about 18 months this time around, break before that, then for about a year before that. It's definitely not a waste of time for us. Two kids, mortgage pressures, redundancies, loss of close friends to cancer, general stresses of everyday life all contribute to relationship difficulties. It really helps to have a third party give perspective in a safe calm space. Expensive, but if it's the right counselor then totally worth it.

so you know that "add extra member" option on Netflix to add someone outside your houselhold....when you add them (and pay, and provide their email etc), do they log in via their email and my password? or do they get a login request email where they log in with their email, and then get asked to set a password....? asking for a very tech illierate sister in law living in another state....(as in not really able to forward any email on to me) - can't find this on the website
