They name by committee. So every corporation that is in the USB standards group will argue for whatever benefits them, with no consideration for consumers.

I fucking hate it. Buy a USB C cable and it's a crapshoot whether it's USB 2 with no power delivery, or poor quality with power delivery. Just trying to find a good quality USB 3 cable is difficult, with 3.1 or 3.2, x2 or not, shitty control chips, etc etc.

I use a yubikey daily too. I have a USB hub that clamps to the edge of my desk, so I can leave the yubikey in there with no extra mess.

Not this specific one, but you get the general idea: https://www.amazon.com/HYWHUYANG-USB3-1-10Gbps-Computer-Transmission/dp/B0CNKQMXFD/

Check out the keychron site. Multiple keyboards that fit your requirements except the USB hub.

The tags only work with Firefox browsers, but they're stored in a SQLite database. So there's potentially a method for extracting them or syncing them. I'd like to figure that out so I can sync tags between my Emacs org-roam database and Firefox.

Firefox bookmarks have tags, which is way more than most browsers.

...greatest lay I ever had

Britpop and electronica was my jam in the late 90s, so much great music from that time.

The factory must grow

Strip mining a planet, refining raw materials, building factories, and researching new technology. All to build a rocket to get off said planet.

Thank you for the informative comment, much appreciated!

Exactly what I do. I use Angels and Bobs mods for a huge amount of stuff to do, loads of trains (almost 1,000 in my current playthrough!), and loads of stuff to build.

It's heavenly!
