I use metal, but make sure it's slotted otherwise you cake your dough up with flour/semolina/cornmeal. My personal go-to is semolina. You don't need much and excess falls away more readily than flour.
Wood or metal, it's more about technique at the end of the day.

We have an outback and a model y. The experience in purchasing both was pretty similar. Every other dealership I went to would aggressively upset crap and grossly inflate the sticker price. These days, bot nets for hire are easy to come by and you can rotate your IP on every request limiting you controls to simply block known bad IPs and data server IPs.

Calories are absolutely not calories. Being underweight is not a free pass to the buffet. The habits we create for our kids will become lifelong struggles. Normalize healthy eating and help them learn to make good choices.
