I assume Nahida refers to this post https://burggit.moe/post/89839

It's not marked on pixiv as AI and it has multiple images that look more like regular layering than AI variation https://www.pixiv.net/en/artworks/102192645

Seems to be realistic loli AI art based on looking up the artist JapanCSK. I don't think it's a general rule that it's banned, but it's not allowed on the !lewd_ai community

Somehow this inspired me to whip this up real quick.

I've got multiple accounts for different instances, but this is my main one just because they allow me to post content 99% of the other instances really don't want to deal with.

In the meantime, while I understand may not be ideal for everyone, users who choose to participate on the beehaw instance will be required to register a separate account on their instance.

Might I also suggest alternatives such as lemmy.blahaj.zone which is open to anyone to register without explanation as long as, y'know, you're not an asshole. Though it sounds like beehaw might block them in the future given their stance, but for now they're federated.

I've seen this image where it's basically a state by state case of legality

I am biased in this situation, but I just think leaving it to the individual to block specific communities is better than blocking an entire instance for every user.
