I wonder why Ukraine does not want to say that they are the ones that shot the plane. They just keep saying Russia is lying (which certainly true).

I am sure they have offline backups. Also sometimes most of the data is garbage in the sense we collect anything in case we need it.
Didn't ChatGPT become very bad recently? It used to give really working code but now it gets things wrong and doesn't follow context. It gives code but when you ask it to improve by give more context, it ignores the previous answer and give wrong code.
It even sometimes answers by saying it does not have the answer for questions that it answered few months ago.

Voting doesn't change anything when billionaires can be easily lobbied. Just look at what happening in France, it is not the US as there are some rules against it but politicians are doing exactly what billionaires want them to do. French people are against those laws in favor of the rich but the gouvernement doesn't care.
