Happy New Year, everyone!

Thanks! I think I remember reading something about this "ban" that it really isn't a ban, just extra hurdles that can be circumvented.

What's the number between foreign buyers vs multiple homes owners? We need tighter rules on both if anything's going to make a dent on housing affordability.

Make sure you're inside before Santa comes out or he'll gun you down!

"W" is 2 in French.

Edit: come on, guys. My comment is so absurd. Why are you taking it seriously?!

See you next season! Lol

We had a chance to go level with City on points and we f'd it up. At home too!

Liverpool away is going to be so bad...

Wherever I upvote a post and then refresh, it completely disappears, even if I go to that specific community.

I don't have "Hide posts on view" or whatever turned on so I'm not sure where this setting is because I'm not even viewing the post - I'm just upvoting it.

Reddit who?!

I'd like to be able to swipe to hide (or whatever) posts from my feed.

And the Home button should automatically bring you to the top.

I'm fairly new and don't 100% understand it yet, but instances are run on servers that require money. Are we heading towards seeing ads or subscriptions to raise funds instead of relying on donations to cover overhead?

Especially with the influx of new users. Hardware upgrades are needed.

Newbie here - just wondering if there are any advantages to signing up to other instances. We can still see/comment on posts from other instances, right? Or do I have that wrong?

Edit: thanks, everyone who responded! Got it.
