The article dosen't say what emulator they're using, but I seem to remember reading something somewhere that Nintendo has their own internally developed emulators for for running on PC

Whenever I play audio over a usb-c to mini jack adapter the popup randomly appears and stops all audio playback. Makes it impossible to use tapDancer.

I've tried disabling Google Assistant to no avail.
