They don’t hire felons convicted of certain crimes. A lot of the people I used to work with had low level felonies.

I was thinking this same thing. Having worked there in high school they took hygiene and food cleanliness as possibly the most important thing. When you can back from the bathroom it was standard practice to ask someone if they washed their hands, and multiple people would ask.

People in the drive thru mad about food delay? Doesn’t matter, it MUST be cooked to temperature. Forgot to shave? Here is the little shave kit, please go shave in the bathroom. No one was rude about it, people sometimes forget.

One of the only ways to get a paid day off was coming into work and having stomach pain. Immediately sent home with pay, no questions asked.

You know this fat piece of shit that was covered in a dirty diaper and smelled of piss did none of that. Nasty fuck. Ice cream machine is permanently closed.

They just give us the PM title and call it a day. No court is going to take that seriously and allow a massive lawsuit.

No, but it’s illegal for them to do much of anything except confirm employment periods.

I do the same, follow my patient gamer philosophy.

Until that time I can play guitar and likely have more fun repeatedly failing to learn a new rift. It’s sad that sucking at a guitar is more fun than most modern games.

I had a hard drive with five Bitcoin. Gave the old Gateway PC to a felon buddy who was down bad and trying to rebuild his life learning some coding way back in the mid 2010’s.

He threw the computer away for a new one. At the time it was 10,000 bitcoin for a pizza so never cared. I chuckle about it now, but it’s gone forever.

There is some method to the madness of dumping, trucks are not allowed to drive around and find a spot. Trash deposits get cycled to keep the dump somewhat level. It’s a “fill up Sect 12A, then fill up 78C” type of deal.

It’s not parceled like land, no where close to being exact. If the paper records go back that far and are intact, it would be a “Check out Sect 91B…maybe 10 to 100 feet down. Good luck”

It’s all about who owns it and is sitting on the board.

Bunch of old money type people? They don’t care too much about a bad year, more important to weather the storms and keep the generational money intact.

Venture capitalists? Jack Welch this dogshit company and get us some short term gains!

I am the same. Game could take 60 hours to complete, and 50 of them are dogshit. Then it’s not a fun game. It’s all about the overall quality of the entire experience.

I would gladly pay $100 for Subnautica 2 if they could pull off another amazing adventure. Would do the same for another Larian studio game.

It’s probably one of the dentists I visited while in the army.

“Toothpaste! Use sandpaper you bitch. No, I’m serious. Then floss with it.”

I know two senior programmers at Amazon who found new jobs rather than RTO. Within 24 hours after they left they got emails from recruitment identifying them as “boomerang candidates”, offered them a decent raise, and offered full time remote work.

This is nothing more than getting people to quit and hiring back key personnel lost in the process.

There is a species of mosquito that is a prolific pollinator, one of them for blueberries.
