I just use my smartwatch for this now. It's a lot easier to simply dictate your list to your watch, than to carry around a pen and pad that I'm just going to lose on my way to the store.

I like to buy a concentrate (usually distillate but any concentrate will work), warm it up under a hot plate until it's nice and gooey, then spread a layer of it over the blunt with my dab tool before lighting up.
