I remember using something like this - they can hook up to a barcode scanner you wear on your finger

You had to strap them really tight on your arm, if you didn't the weight of the device would make it rotate around and have the screen point away from you

That is the intent of RTO policies, yes. It's a lot cheaper to compel workers to quit rather than fire them.

Doesn't seem very tricky to me. Businesses can invest less into infrastructure that isn't used that just absorbs solar radiation all day, and build larger businesses, or purchase less land, so that it can be more efficiently used.
