"Did you see that tweet?" fine

"I tweeted that" okay

"I'm going to go through all my old X's" wut?

"I'm going to X it" huh?

oh weird, I tried creating a post from a different account on my instance "subscriber" instead of "mrjukes". That post is showing up on the other servers...so it is something weird about my "mrjukes" account or something...

I have accounts on lemmy.one and lemmy.world that I subscribed to the new community from.

I wonder if it has something to do with me recreating my instance. I didn't have it set up properly the first time so I blew away the initial vm and spun up another one. I am subscribed to my community on those other servers with accounts on those servers.

I just tried creating a new community: !test@lemmy.secondpartysoftware.com Same deal. I can find it and create posts from both lemmy.one and lemmy.world. But posts I create on lemmy.secondpartysoftware.com don't show up on the others.

Comments and posts I make from my instance aren't showing up on the outside.

I've checked lemmy.one and lemmy.world but I only see posts/comments made from those two instances. Other comments I've made on other people's posts aren't showing up either.

My instance: !secondpartysoftware@lemmy.secondpartysoftware.com

lemmy.one: https://lemmy.one/c/secondpartysoftware@lemmy.secondpartysoftware.com

lemmy.world: https://lemmy.world/c/secondpartysoftware@lemmy.secondpartysoftware.com

I'm not entirely sure where to look. I'm trying to parse the logs but nothing is standing out as obviously wrong.

Any ideas?

My reddit goto was to mark as read as I scroll and then Boost had a "Clear all read" button I could press. It would only clear until I refreshed my feed then they would show up again until I hit the button again. It felt like a good balance.
