Any way we can add the lemiverse.net search function into the app? I know how to find communities, but idk if there's a way to search for instants? I've also posted about it: https://lemmy.world/post/2737749 but I think posting here would also get more traction (also, I can't be the only one haha).

Question in the title. Is this even possible within the app?

Hey! I'm looking at the system online and I'm liking what I'm seeing! I'm (very) broadly familiar with PbtA's system and I am fairly sure that this will get a positive reaction! Our #1 gripe has been the over-complexity with the synthetic mechanics and weird hacking mechanics in RED's system. Thanks a ton :)

I am currently in a group playing Cyberpunk: RED and, while I am enjoying the GM's play style and plot, I feel like we're not utilizing the system to its full extent. Particularly, we have dropped initiative, the XP system, and the very, very detailed way it handles "damage to body parts." What might be a good system to switch to while still keeping the feel of the game? I've looked for any PbtA games, but there seem to be none in the cyberpunk genre. I personally would prefer a narrativist sort of game but I'm okay with a little bit of crunch in combat (and I think the other players/GM would agree with me).

Sure man! This is the desktop version, https://ground.news/ but I've also seen people posting the media bias site on here.

Could we also possibly have something where we can see "the weight of media bias" like with an app like Ground New? It would be neat to be able to be factual as well as inclusive. What does everyone else think of that?

Just checked it out and made an account; total garbage 😅 but you def answered my question!

Anyone have one that was like Reddit's "Bacon Reader"? That was my go-to app for the site.

Thank you! This helps so much :)

I'm pretty tech-impaired so I don't really understand the whole "decentralization" "federate" & Etc. but I saw a new lemmy "with a TTRPG community"; you might've seen the recent addition of "r/Accidental Renaissance. But... I can't sign in to my Lemmy account on there! So what gives?

I love the idea of an open-sourced version of YouTube, however, there are no subtitles or any good enhancers on that site. Am I missing something there?
