Lol no they’re not. It’s a small company and I know everyone. I have to use WhatsApp to communicate with various 3rd party vendors in Europe because that’s the standard there. That’s all.

While I agree with all of that…. One of the biggest issues is employment. For instance through my job I’m forced to use both google and meta services, and I can’t “opt out” or “just don’t install it”. It’s a condition of employment. So of course you can say “just quit your job” but that’s not really viable is it? Over phone apps? And carrying two phones I will never do….. so……

Gotta love it! I wonder if spez is paying any attention at all. Or better yet if the actual people in charge are.

How difficult was it getting hyperland up and running? I'd be interested in trying it, but the faq's alone scare me away lol.

The biggest question though: Can you understand what anyone is saying at any time?

Awesome! I always try and get my desktop setup like first thing. Then the rest of the house looks like a box explosion disaster but hey at least I can work and play!!!

They just recently (like in the past few weeks) added an ad slot in the ios app store that I actively hate, but it's the first one that's just there (and not in search). Just wait though. Soon the app store will look exactly like this shot of the play store.

This has been on the store page for forever, but nice to see it come to the library page as well. Useful!

Upon seeing the image, I immediately thought "what's the fresh water / sewage / garbage situation there like?" I would doubt there's any electricity at all outside of portable batteries or gennies.

And not only each individual room, but do physical objects block the light transmission? So just simply moving around a room will constantly interrupt the connection?

So basically they just really wanted to go to Iceland. Cool!
