Of course I'm not saying anything positive about Israel.

How? How do they profit off someone who refuses to view ads?

Who would pay for data on a person you can't advertise to?

It's spectacularly tone deaf to say anything positive about Hamas after they slaughtered civilians in cold blood.

Having read the book some time before seeing the movie, I was pretty unimpressed with how much of the story was left out. Most notably the reasons behind Hal going off the rails.

2001 absolutely is a boring film though. Impressive on a technical level, but very slow burning, and there is so much that they don't bother to explain to the audience that the books actually cover, for example Hal's reasons for going off the rails.

I work with fire alarm systems, as others have said, smoke, steam, dust, and even insects inside the detection chamber will trigger a photoelectric smoke det.

I don't think they'll care or miss you, to be honest. It's not like they're making money off you.
