The fact, as the article shares, that the Biden campaign quickly paid the bill further brings to question the "common" stance - in that they paid when they became aware. Maybe the mayoral staff over the last 8 years just aren't that good at getting their bills paid.

To be fair, the LiDAR was primarily used for parking. Still a stupid decision to remove it. There were plenty of values it provides...but those cars were never going to drive themselves even if they did have LiDAR.
