Musk is a twat but the people working at Spacex have shown themselves to be quite competent at what they do.

The most interesting and absurd ad I ever got on youtube was for a device for inspecting the coils on a huge grid transformer.

If you want to do anything beyond using linux as a web browser, then nothing is simple. Windows and mac also have web browsers, but in addition to that they can also do a lot of other things easily.

Have you tried first resizing the windows partition inside windows? That's what I did and my dual boot has stayed intact

Minecraft is a strange one for me, because it has never caused me that reaction of "this game looks bad/ugly". I think something like Infiniminer looks ugly, Unturned looks ugly, most Minecraft clones look ugly, a lot of more "realistic" games look ugly, but somehow not Minecraft. I can't quite put my finger on why I see it as different somehow.

Considering how casually we took covid after just a year or two, if it had been going on for the past 300 years, I don't think it would stop a guy from playing around with pieces of glass :D

Am from Europe, I can confirm. The whole continent turns into a paleolithic society for the month of August.

I don't understand how people get linux to "just work", I've tried to start using it three times over the last 10 years and every time I've run into some wall. I need some kind of linux guru holding my hand the whole way because I'm clearly not qualified to use it.
