It seems a majority of the west can't wait to bomb Iran back to the stone age and destroying another country. Instead of demanding an end to this endlessly meddling in the middle east and all around the world even the "leftists" are baying for more war. And gen z and millenials are no better than the fucking boomers. Look at what happened in Iraq and Syria, yet they can't wait to do it all over again!
I'm not a fan of Iran's regime but they are rational, have good education programs and 87 million people live in Iran and deserve peace. Constantly threatening them hurts any social progress there - you cannot have democracy if people are constantly scared out of their wits. Same as sanctions hurt the middle class and democratization. And BTW Iran hasn't attacked or invaded another country in over 200 years!
The reason you cook beans and traditionally throw away the water and foam is because you want to get rid of saponins - which aquafaba contains. Legume-eating traditional cultures carefully skimmed off this foam, so presumably because they learned it's not so good. Of course, a little is not so bad, presumably the plants evolved this as a pesticide. But there are other egg replacements like flax or chia seeds.

It's amazing. Afaik this guy openly rants against democracy as an colonial tool of oppression and says he wants to be dictator. The people of El Salvador apparently just don't care about democracy? 85%? Really?
What I'd really like is an electric car that is a bit larger than a podbike. Or classified as a L7e or motorcycle. Something ultra light (<100kg) and can drive up to 80km (50mph).
Or alternatively allow bicycles / velomobiles to have pedal assist driving up to 50kmh(30mph) and 500W motors.
