In the Catholic Church you always have the option to receive communion in the form of wine so there is a fully gluten free option.

The issue is that I know that Fox has a bias, however AI pulls on this misinformation and remixes it which makes it harder to know if it is true or not. Add to the amount of AI generated garbage on the internet good information is getting harder for your average person to find. So you may have correctly identified a major source of the misinformation, AI masking the source disseminates it far and wide.
Civil disobedience is not a charge, because it is not the crime. Civil disobedience is when someone deliberately breaks a law that they believe is a bad law. For example if you think that the law against indecent exposure is unjust. Your act of civil disobedience might be to stand in front of city hall with a large group of like minded people and strip naked. If you get arrested and charged you will be charged with indecent exposure not civil disobedience. As indecent exposure is the act of civil disobedience you are making.
